Upset

I went to the hospital last night, again. Second time in 2 days. I'm having bleeding and it's not period heavy, but its not light spotting either.

My hCG level dropped, and they couldn't find anything on ultrasound (no sac or fetal pole). I was estimated at 6 weeks.

They said my cervix is still closed like a normal pregnancy, and that blood work is saying pregnant.

I was told there's no way to be entirely sure yet unless my hCG continues to decline or if it suddenly increases. Although, I was told to be ready for the worst. I am, I'm prepared, but my heart is breaking knowing this is happening to me.

Has anyone had anything similar happen, and still carried on a normal, healthy pregnancy in the end?
