When should i feel the baby move

I am almost 4 months pregnant. I haven't felt the baby move yet... Is this normal??? I haven't had a baby in 6 years and can't remember...

I've been feeling flutters here and there for several weeks (4th baby), but now at 17 weeks is when I started noticing them more frequently throughout the day and feeling a little stronger.

I did strongly feel my baby until around 19/20 weeks... It is my first but I also have an anterior placenta so that can take a bit longer to feel them :) 
Maybe that's your case?

I felt movement at 15 weeks and kicks at 18 but my doctor said I only felt it so early because the placenta is in the back
