Told this was normal!!

I just finished my 2nd round of 100mg clomid. I am currently on CD 19 and today I started first having some light pink/brownish discharge when I wiped. Then I was bleeding brown blood into my undies and cramping like my period. And now it red blood! Is my period really coming 19 days after my last period? I have never had this short of a cycle, is this even healthy?? Has anyone else experienced this? Is it really normal?
