Asking questions

My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex and he pulled out. We've been doing this for months and we've been fine. Well he didn't pee in between having sex again about an hour later. He said he was scared because he only wiped himself off in between but didn't pee and there might have been some sperm still there. Can anyone let me know if it would be possible for me to get pregnant by it?
