Migraines and daily headaches

When I hit my 30s I slowly started getting headaches pretty regularly. By the time I was 33, I was having daily headaches and regular migraines. My grandmother started suffering from migraines around this time also so I thought it was just hereditary and there wasn't much I could do. I did decide to see a neurologist and was put on a preventative medicine, topamax and I was given a migraine medicine in case I had one. The medicine worked ok, but I have never liked being on medications and have always tried to to find holistic ways to heal. Fast forward to a month ago, I started using triplex from plexus. A friend of mine recommended it and said it helped with her migraines. I decided to stop my preventative medicine to give it a fair shot. After a week, my headaches and migraines were gone. I haven't had a headache since then either. Plexus is a mlm company and I decided to sell the products as well because they had worked so well for me. I just wanted to share in case anyone else has suffered from migraines. Maybe this will work for you too.
