Constipation.. Possibly?

I'm 33 weeks and 4 days into my pregnancy and was having trouble going to the bathroom this morning. I did go later on but more like an upset stomach. Now I'm having a pain in my upper abdomen, and hurts when I touched it. Does that sound like constipation? My son has been moving all day so I think he's ok.. I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced this pain?

I am only 21 weeks.  But I had major cramping and discomfort in my upper abdomen and a little all over the place for about a week.  It hurt to the touch and it hurt when I moved around and twisted.  It felt like bad gas cramps.  My doctor recommended Miralax and drinking a lot of water because I'd tried gas x and it didn't help.  As always. Call your doctor and explain your symptoms to make sure what they recommend you do.

Constipation.. Possibly?
