Should i test?

Usually I get annoyed with women who ask if they should test. But my thing is "if you have missed AF then you should test"... My problem is I haven't gotten AF back after my loss at 17 weeks in May. Had some spotting and such but no period. The only reason i am thinking maybe I am pregnant is because my cervix is tilted forward... This happened when I was pregnant last time. It's pointing forward instead of pointing downwards... Also my heart rate had a dip and is now slowly rising (I think). So I tested Monday afternoon (not fmu and a dollar store test) and got a BFN..

How long would you wait to test again?? Those tests register 25+ not like a first response which is 10+.
