Constipation after c section

I delivered my twins last Friday. Had my first bowel movement on day 4 after the surgery. And only once after that. What were other mommies prescribed for post partum constipation? This is the first time im having constipation and it's not cool. My ob is out so I couldn't even call her. Can't wait till Monday. This thing is causing fever, sleeplessness, fatigue and what not!!! Please help 😢
