Pregnancy acne!! Ahhhh!!

So I'm developing pregnancy acne! 😒I've never really had to deal with acne before & I'm just not sure what products actually work. I'm also not the type to invest in all sorts of products until I find which works for me 😅 I've used skin ID & clean & clear in the past, mostly for menstrual cycle acne but they seemed to have just made my face red, itchy, & dry !! Help! Any suggestions?
