Genetic blood clotting disorder

So I found out at 16 weeks I have a genetic blood clotting disorder. This made my pregnancy "high risk". So far nothing serious been going on besides having to go to extra appointments and ultrasounds but after baby is born I will have to be on blood thinners. Does anyone else have any experience with blood thinners post partum? I'm worried I won't be able to breast feed...
