Broken heart💔

How do you deal with a broken heart. I woke up this morning tears flowing out my eyes, my heart in pain(it's possible). It's so bad I was checked into the hospital(which is where I am now). The doctor says everything is fine, I told him what I felt this morning and how I broke up with my boyfriend of 4 years yesterday for cheating and he said I could be suffering from broken heart. I kinda need to bounce back(I don't like being depressed). Any advice.
