Anyone else feel sick when baby has flipped or moved position

My baby has been in the breech position all along and I have never had any issues. Two days ago I started having a little back pain, yesterday it felt like she was jumping on my bladder and today I woke up with diarrhea and feeling lightheaded but back pain gone. I know she has flipped and is head down now cause the kicks are all above my belly burton. I'm not worried anything is wrong but has anyone else felt sick or had different body parts hurt when your baby flipped.
