37.6weeks... FTM... I reslly don't know what to expect from labor, don't know how will I know when I'm in labor, when to go to the hospital...
I have an app to count my contractions but I don't even know how to do that... I don't know when they start or when they're over, I've been feeling menstrual like cramps, some way stronger than others, but to me they're not consistent... I don't know 😖 I'm so scared!!!
