Withdrawal bleeding?

I finished my last pack of birthcontrol pills around a week and a half ago, I thought I would have withdrawal bleeding but I didn't. I did have my period for this month but it stopped about 5 days ago and I was expecting some bleeding by now. Me and my boyfriend had sex while I was on birthcontrol and he came inside me (which we never do) and that was a little under a month ago. I know pills aren't 100% effective and I was pretty good at taking them but I'm just worried that I'm pregnant..😳
