Pink spotting 17 weeks

Anyone have pink discharge in second trimester? I had some yesterday and a little today. Of course it's the weekend! I called doctors and they said if it gets worse go to ER, if it stays the same then wait to come in Monday (which is tomorrow.) I had been treating for yeast infection, wonder if I irritated with applicator? Or maybe I have uti? No cramping. Just wondering if anyone had something similar. Trying not to panic but hard not to worry.
