Anyone on baby no 2

Hi ladies I am 26 weeks with baby no 2. With my first I had to have an episiotomy as needed ventouse delivery. I am really starting to get worried that my scar tissue will tear as it's obviously vulnerable. I really don't want a episiotomy again as I was in agony for weeks and feel I did my enjoy my first few weeks with my new baby due to being in pain and taking so many pain killers it was by far the worst thing about giving birth?
