Yolk sac not shaped right

Story short I went to ER thinking I as MC again. They did a blood test everything's good HCG levels at 94k+ my cervix it still closed. And my baby still has a strong heart beat at 150. They did notice however my yolk sac isn't circular like its suppose to be it's more oblong they didn't really tell me it was a bad thing. I'm curious if anyone has experienced this?? I'm 8w today and measuring 7w3d which is fine I've been measured 3days behind from the begging. Please comment thank you!!
