My 3 month old son has been eating 2-4 minutes every 2 hours or so. He used to eat for at least 20 minutes every hour! Ever since he's started teething he has been different.  He still wakes up during the night for a full feeding and has a full feeding before bed time but his morning and day time feedings have changed significantly too and it's already affecting my milk supply. Is this a concern I should call his pediatrician for? It's worrying me! Anyone else?
