Braxton hicks or so I thought 29 weeks 5days

So last night I went to the hospital because I was having contractions the entire day. They gave me a shot to stop the contractions which work for like a second . They suspect that I have a uti and gave me antibiotics to be on the safe side . Well it's the next day and I am still in pain contractions are back with vengeance. My antibiotics won't be ready until Monday . I am worried that If I keep having contractions they will throw me in to labor. Any body else experiencing or experienced this also
