Anyone having/had scary dreams about their pregnancy?

I just woke up from a really horrible realistic dream! I was walking around the shopping mall and my sister pointed out she could see blood all over my pants so i went to the public toilets and thats where my baby pretty much fell out of me as well as the afterbirth on the toilet (i actually felt it, it wasnt painful or anything). I picked the baby out of the toilet and cuddled "my" baby (i knew the baby was born dead so I had a stillborn) she had a smile on her face and her eyes were open, she was a normal size for a 40w+ newborn (i am only 22w1d). I don't know what i ended up doing with the baby. But for some reason i continued shopping and kept feeling a baby kick inside of me (i knew i just gave birth to a still born so i had hope i was still pregnant) so i went to a dr and told him to put his hand on my stomach while i was getting kicked i asked if he could feel the kicks he said no rarara then he referred me to crazy.

Worst dream ever. Felt so real. I am so glad i woke up and my little girl is kicking away now, but why am i dreaming that sort of stuff it is so scary and sad. :(

Anyone else had horrible dreams like this?
