Am I overreacting?

So yesterday I found out I am 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I have a 5 month old son. We already told my family and surprisly they are were super excited and accepting towards our news. We still need to tell my SOs family. Well as I put my son down for a nap, my SOs female friend comes over. They have known each other for about 12 years now. She's like a sister to my SO, he is super excited to tell her. Well she comes in and he says I have exciting news to tell you. (He wasn't planning to tell her about our new pregnancy until after he told his family, he just got a new job. He was gonna share that news with her.) Anyways he goes I have exciting news to tell you and she goes let me guess she's pregnant again. And he says with a big smile on his face YES! She goes I don't believe it and he says I'm not lying. Then she makes the rudest comment and says wow how could you let this happen!? Your baby is barely 5 months old and she starts lecturing him saying he could've prevented this from happening and that his family is gonna be upset. I'm so pissed after hearing her say that, it's bad enough that I am spotting and having cramps badly to the point where I need to see a specialist. Do you ladies think I'm overreacting?
