I'm 37wk6d and had my midwife appt yesterday (monday). So far my GD has been entirely diet controlled, regular blood pressure (118/78), no proteins in urine, etc. Although my maternal fetal dr cleared me for midwife care only with no more MFD appts, she mentioned that they usually don't allow GD patients to go beyond 40wks.

I talked to my midwife today and she said she would strongly advocate for me to be able to go to 41 weeks if needed due to everything being controlled. Beyond that, we would induce, which I completely understand. I'm so happy with her help though and willingness to advocate without me having to really push for it.
