Late period

So a few days before I ovulated my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex without a condom. Now I'm going on being 13 days late for my period. I've been getting cramps but still no period, I'm no heavy drinker but a few sips into a Mikes hard lemonade I started feeling tipsy, and some foods have been disgusting me. Are these signs of possibly being pregnant? If so does anyone know which brand of pregnancy tests are better so I can find out whether or not I am pregnant.
