Hopeful 👶👣💕

My period was 3days late, I had been throwing up all night Thur night so Friday morning I went to the ER. I just knew I was pregnant, but my test result was neg. I really wanted to be. The my period decided it wanted to come early Saturday morning, now usually it's five days long but this time it was only three I just check and my pad is clean... So is there a possibility I still could be n its just too early to detect???
