Cramps, Shakes, and Sweats
Some months, I get just normal, annoying cramps. But some months, I get intense cramps with a little nausea, I start to shake all over, my mouth goes dry, and I break into a cold sweat. Does anyone else go through this during the onset, like Day 1, of their period sometimes?
