I don't mean to offend, judge or insult anyone by writing this post, but this is controversy corner anyway so we'll see what happens.
Why do most pro life ladies in here literally BASH the ones who got pregnant by accident and want to get an abortion? I get that you are pro life and possible ttc, but that doesn't mean you have the right to tell other people what to do with their bodies. Most of these ladies try to change people's mind on getting an abortion and try to convince them to keep their baby or put it up for adoption. Then start arguing with people who do not agree with them. Adoption ends tragically for most babies, there are MILLIONS of babies in shelters that no one adopts and they end up homeless. Is that a good life? Is this the life that you'd want your child to have and maybe blaming you for the rest of their lives for the social position they have? No it's not.
Yes, adoption can be great if the baby is lucky enough to get "rescued" by a family, but for most of them it ends up badly.
Just because you are ttc and want a baby more than anything then see other women who got pregnant unwillingly, DOES NOT give you the right to judge and make them feel guilty for wanting to have an abortion. If you say that adoption is so wonderful, why don't you adopt a child yourself you are ttc and you lose your hopes?
Yes, a baby is a blessing, but not always. What about rape pregnancies? That baby would not be a blessing for the victim, it would make her life even harder by having to look at and raise a baby who reminds her of her tragedy.
And there are also a lot of women who say "if you can't cope with the consequences then don't have sex" like um, no? There are married couples who do not want to be parents at all, does this mean they're not mature enough to have sex and they should not do so because they wouldn't be ready for the consequences? Should they risk their relationship because of the thought "I'd have an abortion if I get pregnant, so I'm not ready for the consequences of having sex"?
