Need advice!!!!!

I have baby fever so bad! I can financially, physically and emotionally support a child! The huge problem is I'm not in a stable relationship! I have more of a fuckbuddy/friendship type of thing! I really like him! Damn near love him! He is financially, physical and emotionally stable to care of a baby as well! He really wants one! This will be his first! I don't think he like me as much as I like him. I think he just want a baby. Its crazy I know! I know I deserve better but don't think I can find better! I'm a hopeless romantic!
