Feeling claustrophobic when full?

Hi fellow twin mamas. Do any of you feel claustrophobic when full? I am 16 weeks with twins...went to sleep on a full stomach last night and woke up in the middle of the night in a panic attack. Went on for a couple of hours. It was awful😩. Please share any similar experiences I feel like a weirdo
