Belly piercing at 16. Need help convincing parents

Turning 16 in August & I really wanna get my belly pierced. My parents are completely against it, they say it's trashy. It frustrates & upsets me that they still shed negative connotations/stereotypes on body piercings. They say I'm too young, but I want this piercing because I believe it signifies me getting older, I've been wanting it for quite some time now. Any ideas that could really budge through their wall? They're really set on no.
