IUD Questions

I've had my IUD for about a month or two and at first I was having very heavy periods and couldn't go anywhere without having a liner, I even started to bleed after my boyfriend and I had got intimate but ever sense then it has been nothing and that was about two maybe three weeks ago but now I haven't gotten my period and I'm having cramps with brown discharge any help would be very useful.
