Post miscarriage advice

Hi ladies my husband and I went for our 12 week scan last week and we're devastated to find out that there was no heartbeat and our baby had stopped developing at 8wks 5days. I had no miscarriage symptoms whatsoever so was totally shocked. I went in for surgery yesterday to remove everything. Has anyone else been through this? How long after did you conceive and did you go on to have a healthy pregnancy? Thanks x
