At 20weeks and 2 days fetal echocardiogram question

Does anyone else get sick more now. Lately I have been experiencing being nausea all the time. Most time I do end up vomitting. I went to my doctor appointment yesterday and they want me to go do a ped cardiologist for the baby so they can see his heart properly. My baby is about one pound now at the moment he is breech. Every scan I go to he is laying on his stomach so they can't get a image of his chest or face. He refuse to turn around. I already nervous because they said that his spinal bifida test came back abnormal and they have to do the ultrasound again. Now they want me to do a fetal echocardiogram. Have anyone else had to do this? I'm freaking out because it's my first baby and I don't know if it's a normal procedure or if it's something for me to about.
