I'd ask your doctor about that one. It's not really "lifting" but you're still using your abdomen and pushing. Better to be safe than sorry

I wouldn't over do it if you can help and and watch all heavy lifting. Cramping can be a sign of dehydration also.

Unless you are on any restrictions or high risk you should be ok. Baby is super tiny right now. It's normal to have mild cramping during early pregnancy as long as not severe or accompanied with bleeding you should be ok.
