Walking and cramps!
I think I found my savior! When I feel the cramps starting, I grab an ice pack, place it on my stomach and I walk. They last very shortly if they even start to begin with, and the walking is good for me. My midwife said it's very normal to have period like cramps as long as they're not severe or one sided. Thankfully I found a way to not have them for the most part. And at night a Tylenol keeps them away so I can sleep. I think I can handle this. Lol counting down the days till August 23rd so I can see this little bean that's causing so much commotion already.
