IUI??

So I had an IUI yesterday. My back was pretty sore (I think from ovulating with the trigger shot) my left side is still crampy and uncomfortable (my right side doesn't work so I can't get pregnant on that side - it is somewhat crampy too) I'm getting pinching. Is this a good sign? Does this mean the egg and sperm have met? I sure pray to God it does. Any insight would be helpful.
