I had the same problem ! I lied to him at first about it and it really hurt his feelings so don't fake it !!! If you can make yourself orgasm with your fingers  then do that during sex. Keep things fun still. Coming from someone who has been there, once the stress of the bedroom creeps in deep it can hurt other levels of the relationship. But keep the fun and the excitement in it still. Go to sex stores, look and laugh and buy at least one new thing, even if it's just a candle. Possibly some soft porn. Or even some books. But if you feel like your body isn't working right, just ask your doctor. They have seen or heard everything in the book, so don't be afraid or embarrassed.
