Red, itchy bumps!!!!

recently after me and my boyfriend have sex I've been noticing red bumps around my vagina BUT it's not on any of mybsensotives it's just on like the thighs and the sides and my lower butt yk??? they're a little itchy. I went to the doctor for them when I first noticed it to be safe and she said it was friction burns. I think it's from his stubble or razor bumps slamming into my thighs (tmi???? lmao) but anyways it went away and then when he came home we started doing it unprotected (we both got checked tho) and now I noticed the red bumps near me it again, I mean they don't scrap or get pus like I read that serious conditions do but they're just like little red bumps. I wanna know if any other girls experience this or if I'm on my own!!!!!! should I not be worried??????
