Erectile dysfunction

Hey guys! So I just had a hook up experience where the guy could not get it up. I asked him if it was me and he said he wants to do everything but his mind is not connecting. I believe him. But i just didn't know what to say. I think i might have made him more nervous. But anyhow my question is. Have you guys had an experience like this? And how would u handle the situation and what would u say?
