Wide awake!!!...

Is anyone else having horrible gas pains!?? For the last quite a few weeks I have been having the worst gas pains from Hell... It's horrible and they always come at night when I'm ready to go to sleep there's been several nights where I lay there for what seems like hours just knees up holding my belly bc I'm I so much pain and I never know it's gonna be like that till it's happening... And there's been some nights including this one bc it's 2 am and I'm wide awake, where they wake me up!!! I mean I'm sitting in the bathroom right now bc I was hurting so bad and I have family friends in town and they are sleeping in my room and I don't wanna wake them. Is there ANYONE else having this problem?? What can I do??
