8weeks. Hospital.

I went to the hospital last night, i kept having cramping only on one side so i figured id see what was the culprit. I found out last night that i have a bicornate uterus, a mild uti, subchorionic hemorrhage, and gall stones. They said right now its nothing to worry about. But with the uterus thing, ive felt like this pregnancy is very different. Ive felt odd about it so i refuse to tell anyone. I have one healthy son, i assume he was on the right side of my uterus because thats where i always felt him. This time they said its on the left side. And all my symptoms have been light and just weird. Anyone have any stories on any of these things?
