Hcg levels?

I had an early miscarriage last month, hcg went down to zero. Without having a period I tested positive on 3 HPT this month. I have no idea when I ovulated after the miscarriage but the chemical pregnancy bleeding started on 6/22. 7/20 tested positive again. On 7/21 hcg was a 24. 7/23 41. Retesting tomorrow. Anyone else experience low but rising hcg? Especially after an early miscarriage?

I miscarried 6/22 and my HCG levels dropped to 0 by 7/8. I got my BFP on 7/18. Levels checked 7/22 and it was 484. Try not to worry too much ❤️ I know it's hard not too, but just try to stay positive. I wish you a happy 9 months

I'm currently experiencing this. I miscarried on July 12 at 5weeks and 2 days. On July 12, my hcg was at 30. One week later, on July 19, my hcg levels had rose to 336. The levels are rising, but very slowly. I have a sonogram tomorrow to see what's going on. At the time of my sonogram, we will not have measured my hcg in 6 days. I'm praying that it has skyrocketed and that I'm in the beginning of a happy, healthy pregnancy even though I know that is not likely.

However, it is entirely possibly that you could be pregnant given the time frame you provided. My doctor told me that most women ovulate writhing two weeks of miscarriage. I ovulated 7-8 days after miscarriage.
