I've been told before that you can find out the sex of the baby as early as 12 weeks. But a lot of women have said its better and more accurate to find out at 18-20 weeks. But I've also been told that sometimes the techniction can make mistakes too. Lol what do you think?

You can find out early (~10 weeks) with a blood test.  For ultrasound better to wait until 20 weeks, though the may tell you around 16 weeks there is a degree of error with the techs that early.

You can find out at 10 weeks with a simple blood test. Otherwise you really should wait until later for the most accurate results. I've seen so many girls with gender disappointment because they had a early scan and went to the 20 week scan and got a different answer.

I will say 18 to 20 is the most accurate. It is possible to GUESS the gender at 12 weeks but half the time they'll be right... because half the time they'll be wrong too ;)

I had my chromosome test done at 11 weeks. This checks for birth defects and also can reveal the babies sex thru DNA. I found out I was having a boy the day before I made 12 weeks so YES you can definitely find out the sex of baby before 18-20 weeks but probably not they the ultrasound

I waited until 20 w via ultrasound because I didn't get the option of the blood test. BUT my girl didn't turn into a boy neither lol. So I'm good :) just went about 5 months curious as hell.

Very experienced tech can tell. At 12 weeks they wont give their heads...like my tech said 75% chance of a girl but she wont give a head....now at 33 weeks she showed it in all its glory...still a girl XD usually at 12 its a wilder guess and by 20 weeks, body parts are fully developed
