Any suggestions???

I've been ttc for almost a year now. I've done two rounds of clomid 50mg and two rounds of clomid 100mg. I got pregnant on my first round of clomid but unfortunately I miscarried. I'm curious to see what others are doing along with clomid to increase the chances of getting pregnant. I've been looking into pre seed, and I'm taking my temp this round. Please any suggestion is helpful! Thank you in advanced
