Sick or Pregnancy Nausea?

Question

I'm 5 weeks 5 days today & yesterday had to leave work because I felt so horrible! Nausea (no vomiting), dizziness, clammy in hands off and on & a little chilled. Ive been in bed ever since. I'm think I'm actually sick & not just preggo symptoms. What do you think?

Could be both. I have a little cold I'm getting over and pregnant so it's the worst with morning sickness, nasua, and a little cold. The over the counter safe meds for pregnant woman is general robitussin it helps. Just ask your pharmacist when you go in. :)
