Sick or Pregnancy Nausea?
I'm 5 weeks 5 days today & yesterday had to leave work because I felt so horrible! Nausea (no vomiting), dizziness, clammy in hands off and on & a little chilled. Ive been in bed ever since. I'm think I'm actually sick & not just preggo symptoms. What do you think?
