My boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex using the pull out method. It wasn't until the 24 when he came in me. The next day I took plan b. Question is could I still end up pregnant even if I took plan b? This would be the first time I ever take the pill. I took the pill almost 17hrs after

Probably not ! It's extremely effective especially considering you took it within 24 hrs. However, I'm not sure of your weight but I've seen a few studies that claim that the pill is essentially ineffective for obese women.

No, it's plan b for a reason and is very very effective. When you take it more than once it becomes less effective. My advice would be to get on birth control to not get pregnant. This is assuming he doesn't know when he's going to ejaculate x
