Implantation bleeding?

I ovulated on the 20th. Today when I went to the bathroom, I wiped after peeing and there was a dime size pinkish color. I have had cramps on/off since the 20th, some stronger than others. Just more annoying. Tender nipples and going to the bathroom (both ways) quite a bit. :/ tmi sorry. But I am getting so anxious to test! 8 days out from expected AF...
