Right before twin delivery

Hi all. I was just wondering what anyone having twins felt like the day leading up into going into labor.

Doctor said today he doesnt think we'll last the next three weeks until schedule csection and I wasn't looking like myself today. Ive dropped quite a bit the past couple days, feel just tired and no energy. Having small contractions but nothing consistent and swelling has been insane in feet legs and now hands starting also.. But BP has been awesome at every appointment.

Anyone have any warning signs per say before going into labor?
