Birth Control makes me crazy

I know this is absolutely weird but I feel like my birth control makes me crazy. I literally feel crazy as well as crazy short temper with my bf. It's like every little thing pisses me off. I was off of birth control for a year and many people in my life told I seemed like a completely different person. I've recently went back birth control in the last week and I feel like a raging bull. My bf says he feels like he has to walk on egg shells around me. And I hate that he feels that way... Has anyone else felt this way while taking BC?
