First Appt! What to expect?

I have my first appointment with my OB/Midwife on August 1st. What normally happens at the first appointment? Do they do an ultrasound? I'm really nervous just would like to have a general idea of what will happen. 😊

Pap smear, medical history, maybe an US, goodie bag

Blood work, UA, a goodie bag of things you need or that are just cool mine gives a tooth brush because tooth problems are common in pregnancy, maybe a US, pap smear. A lot of poking around. Not fun but not horrible.
