Stressed. Anxiety.... Help

So I'm 13 weeks pregnant... 
And thought maybe I'd have more energy now that I'm in the 2nd trimester but no, I'm still sleeping from 11pm to 1 in the afternoon. Not being able to find the energy to wake up and eat a good breakfast for the baby...& myself! Can't seem to drink enough water either cause I swear that's all I drink plus juice but still not enough.. Basically I needed to vent and also ask you ladies, if it's bad that I miss breakfast sometimes and also don't snack enough?? 
I just get full and don't find myself hungry enough to eat that much...
